培訓受眾:

認證說明為了成為注冊的精益大師,學員必須成功完成上述兩天評估單元并完成4個精益改進項目。成為精益大師是一項重大成就,學員在六個月課程期間將投資大量時間學習、實踐,以實現重大業績改進。
課程大綱:
根據我們的培訓計劃2012年4-7月(共四個階段,第一階段4月16-19日在北京舉辦精益大師第一階段高級培訓班。
課程特點:授課方式為:課堂講授、小組練習、角色扮演、案例研究、公開討論
學員人數:為使學員最大限度地進行各種演練以及與講師進行交流,從而獲得最佳學習效果,這期培訓班的招生人數為12 人。我們將按照學員報名先后次序發出錄取通知書(包括培訓場所、報到時間、地點等內容)。
培訓費用:本次培訓班的培訓費共為36800 元人民幣每人(包括學費、教材費、中餐、茶點費、文具費、證書費等)。

Lean Master Training:
Programme Duration
This is a 18 days course running from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm daily and is spread over 5 Flights and 6 months

Programme Objective
*To provide delegates with general overview of change management principles using Lean Strategies and detail coverage of Lean Tools and Techniques.
*To give delegates a comprehensive understanding of Lean Manufacturing Strategies and how to function as Lean Agents of Change. Delegates will also learn how Lean Strategies impact upon and benefit the organisation.
*To create Lean Agents of Change using the Tools and Techniques of Lean.
Programme Synopsis
Designed for people requiring a comprehensive understanding of Lean and its application, the Lean master will form the key point of contact within the organisation for any Lean issue or opportunity and will also conduct any company training required.
Lean Master is essentially the Change Agent of the company. He/ she stimulates things and challenges conventional wisdom by demonstrating the successful application of new methodologies. Lean Master carries a very high level of peer respect and is clearly seen as leader. It is the Lean Master’s responsibility to manage risks, help set direction and leads the way to breakthrough improvement.
Programme Structure
The Lean Master Programme is structured into 4 individual modular training flights and 1-assessment flight. The first two days of the programme will cover the compulsory subjects that provide an overview of Lean and its tools and techniques while the remaining flights will cover the complimentary Lean subject areas. Each flight is 4 days in length with final assessment and certification flight lasting 2 days. A modular approach has been adopted to enable different levels of knowledge development within the organisation.
The total Lean Master Programme lasts for 18 days over a period of 6 months to allow sufficient time for back at work projects and implementation. The Lean Master is expected to implement 4 Lean projects over the course of the 6-month programme.
Assessment Flight:
A 2-day assessment flight at the end of the programme has been designed to determine the delegate’s understanding of the Lean topics covered over the period of 6 months. The flight takes the form of both team based and individual assessment via structured case study and exam.
Lean Master Certification
To become a certified Lean Master, the delegate must successfully complete the above 2-day assessment module and have completed 4 successful Lean projects back at work. Becoming a certified Lean Master is a major achievement and reflects the amount of time and effort that the delegate has invested over the 6-month programme period.
